1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched from our warehouse (whichever is earlier). To cancel, please email us at info@herbixa26.com or WhatsApp/call us at +91 8378940380 with your Order ID.
After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Return & Replacement Eligibility
Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our hair products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product seal is opened or used.
However, we offer a free replacement or full refund under the following special circumstances:
Damaged/Leaking Product received: If the bottle or package arrives damaged or leaking.
Wrong Item Received: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
Missing Items: If an item is missing from your delivered package.
3. How to Claim a Refund or Replacement
To process a claim for a damaged, wrong, or missing item:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of package delivery.
- Send an email to info@herbixa26.com or WhatsApp at +91 8378940380 containing: Your Order ID.
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged box, product, or outer package label.
- An Unboxing Video is highly recommended for faster resolution.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
- Approval: Once our quality control team verifies your claim and photos, we will approve the refund or initiate a replacement shipment within 24-48 hours.
- Prepaid Orders (Razorpay): The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For approved COD returns, refunds will be transferred via UPI ID or Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT) after collecting bank details from the customer.
